 Booking & Reservation Details

The Inn at Willenaway accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for payment. Room rates are based on double occupancy. For reservations made more than seven days before arrival, a 50% deposit is required at booking, with the balance charged the day of arrival. For reservations made within seven days of arrival, full payment is required at booking. If you need to make a last-minute reservation, please call Christine at 607-743-2253 for assistance and availability.

Check-in time is scheduled between 3:00pm and 7:00pm, while check-out time is at 11:00am. We are happy to accommodate special arrival or departure times whenever possible; please contact us in advance so we can best meet your needs.

Each room includes one designated parking space. For additional parking requests, our Innkeeper will do their best to assist you.

Taxes & Minimum Stay Requirements

All reservations are subject to a 12% state and occupancy tax, which will be added to the total cost of your booking. During Peak Season, (June - September), we require a minimum stay of two nights on Fridays and Saturdays.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Reach out to The Innkeeper at Info@Willenawaybedandbreakfast.com or 607.743.2253.

Cancellations 30 Days or More Before Arrival

Reservations cancelled 30 days or more prior to your arrival date are eligible for a full refund

Cancellations Less than 30 Days Before Arrival

Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to your arrival date will receive a full credit minus a $25 cancellation fee.

Cancellations with Less Than 4 Days' Notice

Reservations cancelled with less than 4 days' notice, a charge equivalent to one night's stay per room booked will be applied.

No-Shows

Guests who do not arrive for their reservation without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund

Special Event Weekends

Please note that during special event weekends --such as NASCAR, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day -- no refunds will be provided for reservations cancelled with less than 4 days' notice, regardless of the standard cancellation policy.

House Rules

This facility maintains a smoke-free environment. Smoking is permitted only in the designated area outdoors, away from windows and communal guest spaces.

While we do not serve alcohol at our Inn, guests are more than welcome to enjoy a drink if they choose. For your convenience, we will provide corkscrews, bottle openers, and wine glasses, should you require them during your time with us. We kindly ask that all guests consume alcohol responsibly. Please be considerate of others and maintain a courteous atmosphere so everyone can have an enjoyable experience.

Quiet hours are from 9:00pm to 7:00am. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment for all our guests.

Willenaway is a pet free establishment; however, our resident dog Annie, who is very friendly, will be around hoping to meet you and receive some attention!

We reserve the right to charge for any additional cleaning costs (such as excessive trash, stains) or property damage (such as broken furniture, appliances or fixtures) incurred during your stay, as determined by the Innkeeper. If additional cleaning or damage charges are necessary, guests will be notified by the Innkeeper with a detailed explanation of the charges.
